Following our previously posted video for the dense, sugary, warped pop of “Sunday (Psychic Conversation #9)”, Crocodiles debut their new full-length, Endless Flowers, right here. The record officially drops June 5 via Frenchkiss Records but is available for pre-order here.

This Friday at Echoplex…a night of noise-pop, heavy reverb and lots of bangs featuring four dynamite bands: Young Prisms, SISU, Dum Dum Girls, and Tamaryn. I always wanted to check out SISU but they refuse to work around my life schedule — Sandy is also the drummer in Dum Dums — and Young Prisms were very impressive at this year’s SXSW booze-a-thon.
If you’ve seen Tamaryn and Dum Dum Girls in the past you know what’s in store, which means a great live set with, hopefully, lots of new material. See you there.

album Candy Loves Me So - 7
In honor of the My Bloody Valentine remasters coming out next week, here’s a very hard to find track of brilliant MBV-inspired noise pop from KG. “Love Me Forever” is pulled from the Candy Loves Me So seven-inch single on Lo-Fi, and it’s the only thing I own from the band. It packs five blasts of distorted, sugary pop on one seven-inch vinyl single and still sounds pretty amazing almost two decades later.
Download the entire five-song release as a single MP3.
Tracklisting:
1. Candy Loves Me So
2. Love Me Forever
3. Jukebox Rider
4. You My Sweet Wounded Bird
5. Magic Johnson

If we pulled our heads together we could all name at least 200 bands or so that used this EP as a blueprint.

Pins released a new video for “Shoot You”, or as I like to call it, one of two tracks you can find online…and that’s all you’ll find.
“Shoot You” is a straight-up rip of every all-girl group who ever accepted fuzz pedal advice from The Raveonettes’ Sune Rose Wagner. Not a bad thing, just unoriginal. But boy do they sound good (via Abeano).
What’s left after these guys call it quits?
